What is the difference between your Metro and National links?
Metro links provide ultra-low latency, high-capacity fibre between data centres and key offices within the same city. National links utilise our high-capacity terrestrial and submarine backbone to connect sites across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan, ensuring your interstate and international operations feel as responsive as if they were in the same building.
Can I get a private point-to-point link to a cloud provider?
Yes. We provide dedicated private interconnects to all major hyperscalers, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. This bypasses the public internet entirely, providing a secure, high-speed “on-ramp” for your hybrid cloud workloads.
Do you provide Layer 2 or Layer 3 transmission?
We offer both. Whether you need a transparent Layer 2 Ethernet private line (EPL) to stretch your VLANs across the country, or a fully routed Layer 3 IP-VPN, we can tailor the hand-off to suit your network architecture.

Yes, 100%. While we offer our own world-class connectivity, you are never forced to use it. You can bring your own carriers and cross-connect to any provider present in the facility, giving you total control over your telco strategy.
Can I start with just a single rack unit (1RU)?
We support businesses of all sizes. You can start with a single 1RU slot for a small appliance and scale up to private cages or full suites as your hardware footprint grows. You only pay for the space and power you actually need.
What kind of "Remote Hands" support do you provide?
We offer 24/7 on-site technical support. Whether it’s a simple cable swap, a hard drive replacement, or a full hardware audit, our local Australian technicians act as your eyes and ears on the ground, saving you a trip to the data centre.
How do dedicated servers differ from public cloud instances?
You aren’t sharing hardware with “noisy neighbours.” You get the full resources of a physical enterprise-grade server (CPU, RAM, and Disk) dedicated solely to your applications, resulting in consistent performance and higher security.
Where is my data actually stored?
All our dedicated cloud servers are housed in our sovereign Australian data centres. This ensures your data remains under Australian jurisdiction, satisfying all local data residency requirements and privacy laws.
Do I get full root/administrator access?
Yes. You have total “bare-metal” control. We provide out-of-band management (IDRAC/IPMI) so you can manage the BIOS, install your own Operating System, and monitor hardware health as if the server were sitting right next to you.
Can these servers be integrated into my private network?
Absolutely. Your dedicated servers can be seamlessly integrated with your colocation racks or extended directly to your on-premises infrastructure via private fibre. This creates a true, unified hybrid environment, allowing data to flow securely and effortlessly between your local data center and our services — all with zero data egress charges between them.
